Any questions I’ve had throughout the years, he responds in a timely manner with an answer or a solution. Anytime he sees a policy for me or my family, he lets me know about it, and we discuss if it’s the best option. He makes me feel like my family is well taken care of in the event of something happening in my home, auto, or life. That’s why I use Seth for all my insurance needs."

"I set up payments with the agent and he quoted me 171 so I set that up. It was really 177. They accepted my payment that month even though the amount was wrong. Why didn’t he tell me right then? My second payment they accepted the money but cancelled me after receiving the second because it was 6 dollars short. No one called me. I had it set up for automatic payments for over a year. They got a payment each month. They would reinstate the policy because the 2 payments were enough to start it up again. Then the next month i would be short again. Noone ever told me of this. I called them up and asked for an accounting of all my payments and bills and payments made. They said they didn’t have access to it. They were not willing to help me any further. So my truck was not insured for half the year. Even though I made payments on time for a year. And was only short $6 each month. They refunded me 2 payments. Thats all. I did not receive any of my other payments back. I feel wronged by this agency and I feel like they do not care about their costumers at all. This mistake of $6 each month could have been resolved with a simple phone call. But we never received one. I would not recommend this agency"

When I moved to Gulfport in 2022, I found the Bryan Jacobs office online, since I bought my house online and it was close to my house. From day one I’ve been served in this office by Seth. He’s been great to work with and is always been responsive to any phone calls. I even got a phone call by office staff recently on my birthday! I wouldn’t hesitate getting your insurance here."
